Pharmanovia are the life cycle management company who progress iconic medicines for the benefit of patients around the world by working with innovator pharma companies on the late-stage activities of development, co-development, licensing and established brand acquisition.
Lean have been creating global marketing toolkits, websites, training materials and apps for Pharmanovia since January 2019. The ‘Synacthen Test Toolkit’ is the first to be utilised in the UK. The process for development of such toolkits begins with Lean researching the heritage of the product, something that forms the foundations for the Branding and Creative development that follows.
Components of successful Toolkit development include:
• Background research – Learning all there is to know about the product, its science and benefits, as well as the market it’s in
• Strategic positioning – Differentiating the product from its competitors; and in turn creating a competitive advantage for it
• Brand development – Creating a unique identity for the product/brand
• Creative development – Creating copy, visuals and the design style that contribute to the brand’s uniqueness
• Material design development – Utilising the work above to design the deliverables required for the final Brand Toolkit
• Regulatory approvals – Working with the client and regulatory team through to approval
• Production – Mastering images, logos, artworking print materials and digital production for website and banner advertising
• Collation and supply of downloadable links for all finalised materials for localisation by relevant markets
